Refund policy

Returns

Please read and understand our policies prior to purchase.  Feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchase.  We are happy to provide pictures when able to avoid dissatisfaction with purchases.


Our policy lasts 15 days. We must receive a message and tracking before the 15-day window expires.  After the 15-day period no refund will be issued regardless if we receive the product back. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging with original tags attached, free from odors including body, pet, cooking, & smoke.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift Cards
- Some health and personal care items including bath and body

We reserve the right to refuse a return on items that are received damaged, used, or does not meet our product quality standards.  Items that do not qualify for the correct return reason provided, or are outside of the return period will also be refused for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items, coupon codes, & free gifts (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you are returning part of an order and used a coupon or discount code, please note that you may lose the discount.  Ex:  you used a 25% discount on a $100 purchase and now want to return $50 worth of product.  You no longer qualify for the discount originally applied.  Amount of purchase will be adjusted back to original pricing, and any potential refund will reflect the adjustment in pricing.  To avoid this you may however choose store credit to maintain any discount codes.  You will be responsible for all shipping charges, both to and from.
If you receive a free gift with purchase, all products must be returned or the value of the free gift will be deducted from any original purchase price prior to issuing any refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and not subject to return credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once a shipping company is in possession of any package.  You will need to contact them directly to resolve issues with late or missing shipments.
